NYC Transit Accident Claims – New York Life Class Action Lawsuit

New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority is being sued by hundreds of plaintiffs who claim that they suffered injuries or death as the result of the negligence or misconduct of an M.T.A. employee on the New York City subway system. These include faulty turnstiles, train doors, unsecured railings and other dangerous conditions. The plaintiffs are also suing for negligence that is associated with faulty track work, malfunctioning door locks and other failures of train cars that may have been used on the subway system.
